Designing, baking and decorating the perfect custom cake is my passion. Each cake is created from scratch, from the batter and filling to the creamy icing. To make each cake perfect, I shop for and use quality ingredients, fondant, and professional baking pans.
Many of my large cakes take several hours to decorate, sometimes more than a full day, and the start to finish process for each cake is at least 2 days, often times more.
Carved or topsy-turvey cakes require additional time to plan and create. Additionally, flavor options may be limited with some carved cakes or large stacked cakes due to the cakes ability to withstand carving and supporting the weight.
My cakes are always a spectacular, one of a kind, handcrafted work of art. I'm confident that you will find that your cake is artfully delicious. In order to receive the most beautiful cake possible, please place orders at least two weeks in advance. I limit the number of weekly orders to ensure enough time to carefully plan and create your custom order.
I am unable to make changes to the order, later than one week prior to event date. For orders over $100, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
